Our goal is to help you reach yours. Every day is specifically designed to provide you with the activities, education, nourishment and individualized attention you need to stay motivated in your journey to a healthier life.

A Typical Day in the Wellfit Malibu Week
  • 6:30 am Morning Warm-Up

  • 7:00 am Breakfast

  • 8:00 am Hike

  • 11:00 am Nutrition Lecture

  • 12:00 pm Lunch

  • 1:00 pm Health Coach Lecture

  • 2:00 pm Cardio/Strength/Circuit

  • 3:00 pm Snack

  • 4:00 pm Pool Class/Aqua Zumba

  • 5:00 pm Yoga

  • 6:00 pm Dinner

  • 7:00 pm Meditation / Relaxation

  • 5:00 pm-10:00pm *Spa Services

*Spa Services can be booked through the front desk for an additional fee.

Wellfit Weekend

Friday

  • 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm Check-in
  • 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:45 pm Orientation

Saturday

  • 6:30 am Stretch
  • 7:00 am Breakfast
  • 8:00 am Hike
  • 12:00 pm Yoga
  • 1:00 pm Lunch
  • 2:00 pm *Spa Treatments / Open Gym
  • 6:15 pm Dinner

Sunday

  • 7:00 am Breakfast
  • 9:00 am Cardio / Circuit Training
  • 10:00 am Open Gym
  • 12:00 pm Check-out

*Spa Services can be booked through the front desk. One spa service is included in your weekend stay. Extra services can be scheduled for an additional fee.
